Reservation data: When you submit a reservation, we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred date/time, and guest count.
Loyalty programme: When you join our loyalty club, we collect your name, phone, and email to manage your points account and send transaction confirmations.
Waitlist: When you join the waitlist in-restaurant, we collect your name, phone number, and party size.
Cookies: We use functional cookies to operate the website (session management). We use analytics cookies only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
We use your data to: confirm and manage table reservations; operate the loyalty rewards programme; send points transaction emails; manage the in-restaurant waitlist; respond to enquiries; send service-related notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers.
We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6: Contract – to fulfil your reservation or loyalty membership; Legitimate interests – to operate our restaurant services; Consent – for analytics cookies, given via the cookie banner.
Reservation records are retained for 2 years for business and legal compliance. Loyalty account data is retained while your account is active and for 1 year after the last transaction. Waitlist records are purged after 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.
Under UAE data protection law and GDPR (where applicable) you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; portability of your data. To exercise any right, contact us directly at the restaurant.

Analytics (Google Analytics) — Only loaded after you give consent. Tracks page views and user behaviour to help us improve the site. You can opt out at any time via the cookie banner.
We use Google Fonts (typography) and Bootstrap CDN (styling). These load assets from external servers which may set their own cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only with consent. We use Sapaad for online ordering — their privacy policy governs data collected during the ordering flow.
